A grounded and experiential training for yoga teachers and wellness guides who want practical tools to lead circles, facilitate conscious group experiences, hold space with confidence, and trust their own voice in the room.
Learn to hold space with clarity, confidence, and depth
There is a difference between guiding a class and truly holding a space.
This training is for practitioners who feel called to lead more intentional experiences, whether that is circles, workshops, group gatherings, ceremonies, retreats, or community events, and want the skills, presence, and grounded confidence to do it well.
Across four days together, we will explore the foundations of facilitation, the art of holding a safe and intentional container, the power of embodied communication, and the leadership it takes to bring people together in a way that feels meaningful, conscious, and real.
Because this is an in-person training, you will not only learn the principles. You will feel them, practice them, and begin embodying them in real time.

Why this work matters
People do not only remember what you taught.
They remember how they felt in the space with you.
To lead conscious group experiences well, you need more than good intentions. You need presence. You need discernment. You need the ability to create safety, guide energy, communicate clearly, and hold a strong yet human container.
This training is here to support that.
